INGREDIENTS
Brown Bread- 8 Slices
Butter- 2 Tbsp
Olive Oil- 2 Tbsp
Garlic- 2 cloves (Chopped)
Spring Onions- 5-6 (Chopped)
Button Mushrooms (Fresh)- 5-6 (Chopped)
Celery- 1 stalk (Chopped) (Optional)
Red Chilly flakes- 1 Tbsp
Cheese- 4 Tbsp (Grated)
Salt to Taste
Black Pepper Powder to Taste
Method of Preparation:
Take brown bread slices and apply butter one by one only on one side of each slice. Keep them aside. Take a non-stick frying pan; add olive oil and sauté garlic and chopped spring onions for two minutes. Then add mushrooms and celery to pan and stir-fry for two minutes.
Add salt and black pepper powder to it and sauté for two to three minutes.
Take it off from heat and divide the filling into four equal portions. Place one portion of the filling on one side of a buttered bread slice and spread it evenly. Sprinkle about one tablespoon of grated cheese on top of the filling and cover it with a slice of buttered bread. Serve immediately. Similarly make the other three sandwiches with the remaining filling and bread slices.
