1. Holy Basil

It is a sacred plant as per Hindu belief and in Hindi, it is called as Tulsi.

  • It has many health and medicinal benefits and also cultivated mainly for religious purposes and its oil.
  • It prefers full sun. It is also known as THE QUEEN OF HERBS.
  • It has its various benefits as it is used for Panic attacks, to gain weight, get relief from stress and mostly used for cooking purposes in the forms like dried powder or herbal tea etc. having a pleasant aroma.

    It produces purple flowers and is bushy.

2. Carom

These can also act as an instant mouth freshener and can be sprinkled on salads also.

  • Also act as an antiseptic for nose, throat, and ear and also acts as oregano.
