Cook for 5 minutes then take of from stove. In another pan roast your sooji/semolina till light brown. After that Add ghee/butter and stir for 5 minutes. Add 1 cup hot water in sooji/semolina and let it cook on low heat till it gains volume (appx 7 min). Once the water is evaporated add the pre-cooked pineapple which you made eariler and mix well. At the same time add raisans and walnuts. Cook for five minutes. Sprinkle crushed cardamon/elachi mix well.
